DCP Sting Operations

2006 changes to the New Home Construction Contractor Registration Notice , adopted by Public Act 06-73, An Act Concerning Homeowners, Home Improvement Contractors and New Home Construction Contractors.  This legislation is effective on May 30, 2006, (i.e., the date the Governor signed the bill).  Read also our article on the requirements of the new home construction contractor registration act.; See also link above about new notice requirements effective July 1, 2009.
