Priced at a cost effective $300.00 (for HBA members only), we will provide you with a complete mailing list of all HBA members in Connecticut on peel-and-stick ready-to-use labels.*  This offer is limited to HBACT members only.  Any mailing list rental/licensing agreements and/or payments sent to us by a nonmember will be returned.

Just fill out the “Mailing List Rental/Licensing Agreement”  and return with your check, made payable to the “HBA of Connecticut,” to the address below (also noted on the agreement) and we will send out your set of labels immediately.
